Do you want to wake up earlier but have trouble doing so? In this video, I share 6 simple tips (+ a bonus tip) that have helped me get up earlier when I want to. And no, you don't have to wake up at 5 am. Even waking up a little earlier can help!

I am NOT a morning person, but I do see tremendous value in getting up earlier. While I will probably never wake up at 5 am, I do enjoy waking up earlier to do the things that I can't get done in the evening. Like a workout or meditation or making breakfast.
