Apple Company Repair ( i Phone ) Free
you have iPhone 6S or an iPhone 6S Plus smartphone that just won't turn on? If yes then we have some good news for you. Apple has initiated a free repair program for iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus smartphones that won't power on. So if you have an old iPhone 6S series smartphone that won't power on no matter how hard you try, you can head out to your nearest Apple Authorised Service Provider and ask for a free repair.

That said, not all faulty iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S smartphones are eligible for a free repair. Apple in a post on its support page has said that the issue owing to which select iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus smartphones are not turning on affects a select batch of iPhones manufactured between October 2018 and August 2019. This means that if you have an iPhone 6S series smartphone that was manufactured before October 2018 or after August 2019, you are not eligible for a free repair.

But if you are not sure if your smartphone qualifies for a free repair, all you need to do is look for the serial number of your iPhone 6S or iPhone 6S Plus on the phone's box and enter it on Apple's support page. You can also click here to determine if your iPhone 6S or iPhone 6S Plus is eligible for free repair.

If you do have an iPhone that qualifies for a free repair you can head out your nearest Apple service centre and get the repair done. Alternatively, if you have already gotten your iPhone 6S or iPhone 6S Plus repaired, you can get a full refund for the repair cost. "If you believe your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus was affected by this issue, and you paid to repair your device, you can contact Apple about a refund," Apple noted in its support page.

Interestingly, while Apple did admit that the fault occured due to issues with a component, it didn't offer an explanation about the faulty component. "Apple has determined that certain iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus devices may not power on due to a component that may fail," Apple wrote on its support page. apple watch series 5
